Millions of people around the world use Instagram to record their experiences and activities. Mosaic is an interactive web-based system that visualizes the collection of Instagram posts in a geographical region. It is designed to enable users to explore a city through the lens of its Instagram users. Through Mosaic, we aim to help users uncover insights about a place, as well as gain a deeper feel for that city's vibe and culture.
